IT Girl foundation was founded in December 2023 by Monetria Turner. An IT Girl is not defined by her looks or social status; she is a reflection of confidence, authenticity, and self love. The IT Girl movement encourages everyone regardless of gender, background, or age to embrace their unique qualities and foster a sense of belonging.​
Its about creating a community where individual's uplift one another and thrive together.

cultivating a space to boost women's confidence and giving them a sense of belonging! IT Girls do everything intentional for an overall betterment of self and well-being.
