IT Girl Academy

The IT Girl Academy offers a two-semester workshop series aimed at introducing young women to diverse career paths while enhancing leadership skills, confidence, and professional readiness. The program is conducted during the fall and spring semesters, featuring monthly workshops that provide both career exploration and mentorship opportunities.

For this cohort, we will be accepting only juniors. Applicants will be notified of their selection by September 29th, 2025. 

Mandatory Attendance Dates for Selected Participants:

• Meet & Greet – October 9, 2025, 5:30–7:00 PM at Fairwood Branch Library (12910 Old Hammond Hwy, Baton Rouge, LA)

• The Link Up – Ticketed event for $25 (special rate for participants), November 8th, 2025, 11:00 AM at River Center Branch Library (250 North Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70802)
